He is the 2nd highest ranked (SRI) progeny male in N. America out of world leading GRS Mr. Marble K483 (GRSFK0483). He is #9 (SRI) in the world for all Mr. Marble sons. He is free of all genetic conditions. His grandsire on the dam side is the world leading, Sumo F154. According to the most recent BREEDPLAN, he extremely balanced and scores SRI (+$352), BFI ($411), and FTI (+$285). He leads with top 10% growth traits on 400/600/Mature Wtg and then follows that with top 5 % Carcass traits on Carcase Wtg, and top 15% on Eye Muscle Area (+6.8), top 10% Marble Score (+2.3), and Marble Fineness (+0.36). Growth with strong carcass traits built on a Shigeshigetani foundation. His sire needs no introduction. Goorambat Mr. Marble K483 (GRSFK0483) is the #7 highest SRI ranked son of legendary sire WKS Shigeshigetani, one of the most well rounded and consistent carcass sires. Mr Marble has one of the highest accuracies for all proven wagyu sires. K483’s maternal sire is World K’s Shigeshigestani, some would consider the best foundation sire in the wagyu breed outside of Japan. Of all Shigeshigetani son’s, Mr Marble K483 is a trait leader for milk growth, CWT, and MS EBVs. This is due to his beautifully balanced pedigree featuring a combination of foundation sires – Shigeshigetani, Itoshigenami TF148, and Terutani 40/1. On the dam side is the strong Sumo donor female, Sumo Fuku K174. She is well balanced genetic pedigree of 55% Tajima and 44% Shimane/Tottori. She has a notable top 2% Marble Score (+2.9) EBV which has been inherited from a high combination of Tajima sires including Sumo Itoshigenami X81. This bull is now available in the USA and we expect to have exportable straws in the near future.
