MIKU MOJO Q28 is sired by the legendary CCOFG0113. This sire was bred by Sumo Wagyu and is owned by Macquarie Wagyu. He is recognized for his freak-like genetics for both marbling and growth. These traits combine with the superior marbling of MOJO's dam TBRFK0034, bred by Trent Bridge Wagyu. This offers a unique blend of exceptional genetics.
MOJO's sire is CCOFG0113, a superior animal with proven ability to produce large framed well-structured progeny coupled with exceptional marbling. He has 403 registered progeny and offers impressive all-round breeding values. He has been proven through the Macquarie program and has high-value carcass abilities, particularly impressive are his Carcass Wt, Marble Score and Marble Fineness traits.
MOJO's dam (TBRFK0034) was recognized by breeders at the Australian Wagyu Association’s 2019 Elite Auction for her rare marbling genetics where she sold for $200,000. At that time, she was the female with the highest Marble Score breeding value in Australia of +2.5. Her marbling breeding values have since improved with MS at +2.9 with equally impressive Marble Fineness of +0.53. K34's sire (TBRFF0126) was also bred by Trent Bridge and now has 27 registered progeny. He offers a Marble Score breeding value of +2.7 and Marble Fineness of +0.47 confirming the depth of MOJO's marbling credentials. K34’s dam also offers a combination of well recognized reliable bloodlines, including Kitateruyasudoi J2810, TF148 and Hikohime genetics.
MIKU MOJO is a special sire. He presents breeders with a rare fusion of the freakish qualities of his sire and the very deep marbling credentials of his dam. His actual measured weights significantly exceed his predicted breeding values (for 200d, 400d and 600d) and he seems to take after his sire in this regard. Although his current indexes are testament to his quality (WBI +258, SRI of +$303, FTI of +$254 and F1TI of +$253), we expect these to shift upwards significantly in future. He currently at this time sports an incredible MS +2.9 and a MF +.50, all while retaining the +5.3 Eye Muscle area !
