LMR SAMURAI 1749J ET (FB86201) Conventional LMR Samurai 1749J is a
yearling herd sire prospect who sold for a high of $160,000 at the 2022 TWA Fall Harvest Sale.
He is a breed trait leader for both MS EBV (+3.5) and MF EBC (+.51) while also ranking in
the Top 1% for and all 4 Wagyu Indexes: WBI ($323); SRI ($341); FTI ($20); and F1T ($270). He is one of
the only 9 individuals registered with the Australian Assoc. to be equal to or better than the following
traits: MS +35, MF +51, and WBI $323. 1749’s dam, LMR Ms Itoshigenami 3447A, is an excellent donor
in the Lone Mountain program, ranking in the Top 1% of MF EBV (+40), and in the Top 5% for MS EBV
(+2.2). 3447A has produced 14 calves including a steer by Ysaufuku Jr. the yielded 51% IMF. 3447A has
also produced 43 viable embryos for LMR prior to her sale. 0652 represents rare pathfinder genetics
sired by WKS Takazakura and descending from the Chisahime maternal line. LMR Samurai 1749J was
sired by Mayura L0010, a bonafide rock star of the international Wagyu breed who has 941 progeny
registered with the Australian Wagyu Assoc. L0010 ranks in the Top 1% for both Marble Score EBV (+2.8)
and in the Top 1% for the Wagyu Indexes (FTI: $277; and F1T: $256). L0010’s EBV’s are based on 500
analyzed progeny and 32 scanned progeny as well as genomics. L0010’s dam, Mayura H0159, reflects
Itozurudoi TF151 and Kanadagene 100 bloodlines from the Aizakura maternal line.
